Pylon started when an IT technician couldn’t find a fairly priced, usage-based phone system that also gave them advanced tools and a modern interface. So we built one. Schools and nonprofits have run on it since 2016.

Who we’re a good fit for
K-12 districts and schools, charter and private schools, and nonprofits, especially organizations with about 50 to 200 staff and an IT person, an IT team or an outside IT provider. Businesses that value the same things are welcome too.
Pylon is built for IT teams to run. Your team manages your network and your users; we run the phone service, handle the telecom engineering and back up your admins. If you’d rather hand off setup and installation, we offer that as an optional service.
